Help! Dj won’t return my attempts to contact

Hi all! Unfortunately we had to delay our wedding but are stoked to have picked a new date. All of our vendors have gotten back to us except our dj’s company. We know the specific dj is already booked that day but the owner/other company reps won’t return our attempts to ask if they have a replacement or if we should start looking for a new company. Any suggestions would be super helpful. Also FYI we loved our dj and have no ill will...we just want to be able to mail the plans down! Thanks in advance 💓

    How long has it been since you've contacted them? If you haven't already, use every form of contact that the company has including social media, email, phone, etc. We are just getting over the holidays, so maybe that could be an explanation for the long response time?

    Oh my that is a long time!! Yes def. reach out via social media as well!! If they're active on there, then they should see your messages and hopefully reply soon!

    Also check your spam/junk folders on your email! You never know, it could have been filtered through.

    I agree with Shelly! If you've contacted them through email and haven't heard anything back within a week, I would send a follow-up email and also a phone call. If no reply to the phone call within a couple business days, then reach out through social media or even an in-person visit may be necessary, if possible. If still not able to get in contact with them after a month of trying all different methods, then I would leave a negative review. Hopefully the delay is just because of the holidays. I hope you hear back from them soon!

    Thank you both so much. I was wondering if I was being inpatient. I will absolutely reach out through social media. I hope it doesn’t come down to me making an in person visit but if it does, so be it. Thank you again!!!

    A month is way too long to make contact. Leave an honest negative review for lack of communication and find another dj.

    How have you tried contacting the company at this point? It seems super unprofessional that they haven't gotten back to you in a month. However they might have been delayed because of the holidays, but even so they could've taken two minutes to get contact you.

    How have you tried to contact them? I would email, call, send a DM on social media accounts, and if they have a store front, I would show up. A month is entirely too long to not receive any type of response.
