Help--hate my hair trial and am stuck with the stylist!

Could you go in for another trail? I think your hair looks beautiful but agree doesnt have that loose look you want. It doesnt look like she would need to do a lot to fix it to how you want it. Is ur hair long and thick? If not try clip in extensions can add more volume and will be better to get the look you are looking for!

I agree that it looks like you don't have as much hair as the ladies in the trial photos. You can't have "loose" when there isn't enough long hair to leave loose. Those inspiration pics also likely have extensions added to be fuller. If it matters, I think your hair looks cute.

That's part of my confusion, though -- I have a TON of hair. It's to my ribcage/mid back and pretty thick. I feel like it looks so thin and awkward the way it's pinned in the back. I'm trying to schedule another trial but they said it's really close to the wedding date and wedding season so it might not happen.

Extentions.... my friend tried 10 different hair styles and none of them looked like the pics untill they started adding extentions in. It cost her way more. But it looked more like the pictures. Also her saying ur hair is to clean is so true. Always try to wash it the day b4. Clean hair just dosent work as good for updos and curls.

I had a similar problem with my hair trial. Show my stylist what I wanted and she pretty much gave me the complete opposite, but I told her I didn't like and she kept trying different styles, each one was worse than the first. I wanted to cry. After over an hour we finally came to agree on something. But I'm very nervous for the wedding day. I would recommend that if you don't like what she is doing to speak up, she can't fix something if she doesn't know there's a problem. Good Luck!

Your hair looks almkst like the pic, just not as loose. I think of our looks better actually. The super loose styles don't hold up well.

I agree with the other PPs about needing extensions to get the look you see in the Pinterest pictures. Also your hair looks very close to your inspiration pics and I think it looks better actually. But if there is something you don't like then definitely speak up. You won't hurt her feelings. She can't read your mind and I'm sure she really wants to make you happy.

It just looks like a tighter version of the style you wanted to me. Like PP said, loose styles don't hold up well and it looks like your inspiration pics may have had butt length or longer total to get that amount of volume.

That’s definitely not the same thing and you can definitely get the first two Lois with freshly washed hair. I would do another trial since you can’t switch stylists. If she still does something similar to the last one you could last minute pull more pieces out, give those sections a looser curl, and loosen the updo more.

It seems close to me. On the day of just point out that you want it to be a looser look with a little sticking out. Plus you don't have a hair piece in your trial which makes it look different. Will you have one the day of?

With my trial style, my hair was not "loose" either like the pic I'd shown her, and she said it's because my hair is so thick.
