Help!! I need a spanish father/ daughter dance song!

I wonder if Enrique Iglesias has something… or maybe his dad Julio~ I don't know enough spanish to be able to translate lyrics though :-(

I don't really listen to spanish songs either, I'm giving my Dad the task but I know he's having a hard time finding one... They sing too fast for me to actually know what they are saying...I'm thinking this might be a tough one...lol

I'm having the exact same problem. I've been trying to find a good song in Spanish, but I don't like the ones that I've come across. People have mentioned "Para tu amor" or "Tu guardian" by Juanes, I don't really like them for a father/daughter dance though.

I was having the same issue because I really wanted a spanish father/daughter dance as well. I came across this one that you may like, it's called "Papa, quiero decirte" by Lali Torres. It isn't salsa but the lyrics are meaningful and I think it's a good song. Good luck!

My dad picked "Mi Nina Bonita" by Ismael Miranda. He says it's a bachata (because I'm terrible and can't salsa), and it seems pretty sweet.

Well there must be father-daughter dances in Mexico! There must be something :-) I was looking through my Ozomatli collection and they don't seem to have anything all that sentimental~ Does Gloria Estefan have anything?

I've searched high & low for spanish version of that heartland song with no luck. I too wanted that song but being that almost all the guests speak spanish I went with "Mi Nina Bonita". The original is by Lucho Barrios but there are tons of different versions by different artists. I went with Eddie Ricardo but there are even Mariachi versions. Try doing an iTunes search under "es ni nina bonita" or mi nina bonita". Good luck, hope you find the perfect song for you & your dad.
