Help!!! I need the motivation to work out.

I went for my dress fitting a week ago, and they told me to lose any weight I wanted before my second fitting in two weeks. After that, I had to maintain my weight. I've lost 10 pounds in the last 3 months. I thought getting married would be motivation enough, but so far is hard for me to work out (most of the time I eat healthy). I have to lose 7 lbs in two weeks. Any advice???

    I've always liked using the MyFitnessPal app and believe if you search through old posts there was a group of brides who recently started a group together

    I was doing soooooo good up until this final stretch! Last few weeks I've been awful lol I have been doing workout vids off of youtube at home. I do them at the same time everyday and treat it as a scheduled appointment I cannot break. I come up with a hundred excuses to not workout everyday lol then, remind myself that excuses don't burn calories! lol I'm back on the wagon next week!!! No more excuses! I've bumped my workout up to first thing in the morning so there's no excuse to miss it!

    Drink lots of water, and cut out bread, paata, and sugar.

    Definitely drinks lots of water!! Also don't snack mindlessly throughout the day- make sure you're only eating when you're suppose to.

    Lose all carbs...go paleo...7 pounds is a lot in 2 weeks! Good luck!

    I'm working out 4 times a week and trying on my wedding dress every chance I can. Just did a try on this Saturday and it fits a little snug but better than last time. Gotta keep pushing ! PLUS I have all this motivational quotes to keep me motivated at work. and i'm eating MUCH healthier than before. it's tough but when you want to look a certain way for your big day that kicks yous butt into gear !

    No carb diet i heard was excellent ! Will be trying that a little closer to October Smiley smile STAY MOTIVATED!
