HELP! I need to lose weight fast! At least 10 pounds in two weeks! Possible?

Jully, on September 29, 2012 at 4:12 PM Posted in Fitness and Health 0 19

Long story short: in our family, before a wedding there's a tradition to organize a family reunion. And the last one was 10 years ago! My brother is getting married, and the reunion is in two weeks. In those 10 years i let myself go a bit and I don't want anyone to notice this. How can I lose at least 10 punds in two weeks? Will very very appreciate any suggestions.

I've tried that diet and it was ineffective. Simple as that. And it's very expensive. Then I read some reviews on http://www.dropbadhabits.com and tried a different program (not going to name it, so I don't get accused of advertising) that helped me. I lost 20 pounds in a month.

I know that a lot of these programs and guides are scams, but the one's reviewed on the site I've mentioned are legit. Smiley smile Good luck and don't get hurt by trying to lose weight so fast!

    Cheers!

@Celia Milton - No I don't want to use clothes to hide it. Plus, I hate black. Everyone would notice it, because everyone in my family knows I don't wear black.

@Amy W. - I'll be sure to check that out also, thank you.

You're a such a helpful community! So quick with the answers.. I'm very grateful!

When i started the 17 day diet I lost almost 20lbs in 17 days. Probably mostly water weight as the diet is low carb, low sodium and lean meats. There is a book you can buy - but you can also get the main points online for free.

Honestly though, I wouldn't be worrying about family thinking poorly of you because of weight. I would be worried about losing it for health reasons. Your family will love you regardless of the weight.

Cut carbs/fatty/carbonated/sugar drinks foods and exercise like crazy for two weeks I bet you can drop more than 10. It can easily be done if you stick to it for a couple of weeks.

Dont do some food program or some pill IMO.

Hello @ Jully R. me & FH are doing a low carb diet as I speak for the last 3 weeks and so far we have lost 13 lbs. I basically went on line to google what would be appropriate to eat & found some good recipe ideas to follow. The 1st 2 weeks we were allowed 20 carbs mainly proteins, veggies & some healthy fats. This is where the 1st 10 lb lost comes form. You'll have to be creative w/your meals. I got ideas from: yourlighterside.com/ & www.genaw.com/lowcarb/ just to name a few. Good lick & I hope this helps!
