Do you have photos of your venue? It might be easier to help if we could see the space

I personally don't think your venue matches a full rustic wedding. You could do a mix of modern and rustic by using things like mason jars, those wood slices, and some burlap, but also keep it clean cut and a little more minimalist? What do you like other than your Alice in Wonderland theme?

Your venue is definitely not rustic. Plus, it doesn’t sound as though you are really into the country theme, or that it represents you. it sounds more like it is your fiancé’s style. That being said, I wouldn’t go for a full on country aesthetic for your wedding, since it doesn’t represent you. Your wedding should reflect both of you! What is your style/vibe?
There is always a way to combine multiple aesthetics!
For example, if you are into the romantic boho look, you could have wild flower center pieces, which would combine nicely with your FH’s country vibe (a nod to a wild prairie).

If your ceremony and reception are in two different areas, you could also do two completely different themes! You could have your aesthetic for the ceremony, then bring in the country aspect for the reception. You guys could change into cute boots and hats for the reception.

Like PPs said your venue doesn't really a fit a fully rustic theme but if you wanted to incorporate some rustic elements like mason jars or string lights you could. Honestly its not really necessary to have a whole theme to your wedding. Some people get very stuck on needing a theme but sometimes a theme can limit your decor choices and drive up the price, or just end up feeling like its too much of something you don't really like. Your venue is a very simple, classic style and there's nothing wrong with picking a few colors you like and using those to choose flowers and other decor in a more traditional style. For centerpieces you can use a combination of flowers and candles (or even just candles to cut costs) and add napkins or linens in your chosen colors. Here's some ideas for a simple (but not full on) rustic idea and a more classic flower centerpiece.
