Help! 🥴 Looking for a budget wedding venue

Hi guys!

I’ve been looking high and low for a wedding venue in the Miami area for less than $5K that allows bringing your own caterers and vendors. It seems to be non-existent though 🥴 If you know of any I’d appreciate the tip more than you know! Thank you!

Hi Manuela! The Ancient Spanish Monastery allows BYO catering and rental rates for the reception start at $3,000 but can range up to $9,000. I'd definitely inquire to see what causes the rates to vary (is it reception length, number of guests, etc.)
The Curtiss Mansion is also BYO and Friday & Sunday rentals are under 5k for 150 guests, and Cauley Square Historic Village's rental rates are even lower!
You should also check out Matheson Hammock Park and other facilities you can reserve through Miami-Dade Parks & Rec!

Secret Gardens Miami has options less than 5k and allows choosing your own vendors 😊

It's not Miami but Coconut Palm Inn in the Keys is around that price. The rooms will be filled by your guests and if not then you have to pay for what rooms aren't filled so you need to make sure you have enough to fill 18 rooms. You get your own vendors. Just a thought.
