What a beautiful dress. I'm sorry you felt rushed!

I think your dress is so detailed that a really plain veil that is slightly longer than the train of your dress would look lovely.

What kind of wedding are you planning to have? Your dress could be really 'soft romantic' or could lean boho IMO, depending on what accessories you choose, so knowing what your vision for the day is will help me make suggestions!

Thank you so much for the response!! Wedding will be in a garden at an old house so more romantic/garden theme. I would like to have a veil, hair pice or hair vine, and earrings. Not sure about a necklace or not, I'm not sure what would look nice.

I think that neckline is also really beautiful for a necklace, and maybe matching earrings! Perhaps something vaguely floral?

I also think that a delicate gold necklace like the one the model is wearing could look super pretty. You could add a gold hair vine like this:

Your dress is gorgeous! I think with all the details on it, I wouldn’t wear a veil that has a lot of detail on it. I wouldn’t wear one- instead I would wear a headpiece or a tiara. Do you have long hair?

Are you getting your dress altered where you bought it? I went through the veils at my first fitting—so maybe that’s why they didn’t give you time to consider accessories at the sale?


I agree a plain veil is your best bet. Amazon has gorgeous headpieces and vines for great prices. And of course then you can order multiple ones with Prime and see what you like best with your dress. I know some brides want keepsake jewelry, but I also recommend Amazon for that too! With your gown and knowing you’re going to do a veil and headpiece, I’d stick with just earrings.
