So, I actually work at a bridal store. And months and months ago, a dress that had been at the store as long as I had (a year and a half) went on clearance - it was literally the last one in the chain. I bought it. For $75. However, just to look, because my gut told me I should keep looking, I...

However, just to look, because my gut told me I should keep looking, I recently went shopping at other boutiques, and fell in love with a new dress.

(Not the best pics, my mom took them.) the new one has crystals one the belt, straps, and crystal buttons all the way down the train.
And now I’m so confused!! I’m trying them both on again soon, and am at such a loss. I love both for so many different reasons.
What are your thoughts ladies?

I love the first dress! I’m all about that bow on the back! 😍

Either both (one for ceremony and one for reception) or the second one. the first is beautiful but the second is much more dreamy in my opinion! definitely gives the wow factor 💓

The second one is gorgeous. I do like the idea of 2 dresses though

Hi everyone! While the idea of two dresses does sound cool, it’s a lot more expensive in the long run, because I will have to pay to alter both dresses instead of just one.

That's a very good point. If you have to choose one. The 2nd one is definitely the one.

They would look similar if you add a belt to the first one. I would keep the dress you already bought and save the extra cash for the honey moon. Only gonna wear the dress once! Also you look great in both

The 2nd one is way more grand, that's my vote. $75 won't be such a loss in the great scheme of things. Some previous posters have suggested wearing both dresses, but in my opinion they look too similar to warrant that.

I went through the same thing. I went with a more fitted dress but went in wanting a satin A-line ( which I also tried on and loved). So I am biased to the form fitted and you have the figure for it! which would you be more comfortable in?

I like the second dress better than the first dress. The first one is simple, sleek, and modern. The second is simple but taken up just a little bit. The second dress has that little twinkle; that "less is more" wow facor.

You look great in both, but the second is my favorite.

Is dress #2 in the budget? If so, go with your gut. You can sell/donate/wear dress #1 too especially since you only paid $75.

Definitely. Where & when is your wedding going to be? What’s the theme? Could thinking about that help you decide between the two dresses?
