Hi wonderful brides,I can't get over how lovely you all have been during this hectic and confusing engagement lol. And it's only been 2 months!
To catch you up - we're planning a tribute to the 50th anniversary of THEE Woodstock Festival next year. All I know is we're having food trucks and a live band. My father has a Beatles coverband (not in Woodstock, I know.. but my FH's favorite band) and is going to pull some other musicians together for a stellar lineup (he has a Hendrix cover artist that sounds so legit).
SO.. My FH & I are touring farms this weekend for possible venues, we have our eyes on 2 in particular.
Option A: One has a barn with awesome tables and decor potential with stunning corn mazes, animals, and other picturesque features.
Option B: The other is a private farm on 200 acres up in the clouds with stunning grounds, a lake, tamed stallions and a friendly peacock. No tables and chairs included, and would get a tent due to the weather this time of year.
Both are bare bones, pretty much venue-only deals. The lights and things shown in Option A. were from the bride and groom prior. So I need to figure out how to decorate both of the options above.
Still haven't completely settled on a color palette but I'm leaning toward Deep Denim, Teal and Tangerine.
