I'm not sure what your definition of cheap is... but I just called my homeowner/auto insurance company, which is Statefarm, and the insurance is costing us $50, for over $1,000,000 coverage. I would say try your own insurance company, and then branch to others if needed!

Definitely check with your homeowners or other company first as some will already provide the coverage through your existing policy, others can give you "event" coverage, or they can refer you to a company that can. I had to go to an outside company and it's costing me $390 for two days.

Your insurance agent should be able to help you... They should be able to provide an explanation on the coverages that are available for you and what all of your options are... Special Event Insurance is "Generally" inexpensive.. and definately worth the money...
If your still not sure, feel free to contact me.. I actuall work in insurance..

Don't know who's your insurance agent. But if is USAA here is a link for their special event insurance https://www.usaa.com/inet/pages/insurance_special_event_main
I did a quote once and it was affordable. Best of luck

They are all going to be pretty affordable. As I look at 15 inches of snow on Valentine's day eve, I'm thinking it's a great idea....,
