Hey everyone! I am planning my wedding for May 24 2019. I really want this to be affordable and I don’t want to go over the top with anything. I am near mount Clemens but I am willing to travel +- 40 miles for the wedding. Does anyone have any suggestions on where to have a casual ceremony and reception!? Thank you!

This is a bit farther than you want but I am having my ceremony and reception at Camp Talahi in Howell, MI. It is a kids summer camp but it is beautiful and really affordable! We are renting the site from Wednesday afternoon to Saturday morning (this is in October) and it is only $1800. A full day is $600 and a half day is $300 (half days you can be on site around 3 pm). http://camptalahi.org/
