Help!! my dress is very tight on me, 30 days before the wedding

i have been exercising and eating healthy but i dont know if i can make it with just that . i need to lose at least 10lb :-(

    I believe you can lose 10lbs in 30 days- it'll be hard but if you don't want to spend the money on letting it out, you can do IT!!

    I'd do cardio with weights(lower weight, more reps)- keep your carbs lower.

    If you are doing crossfit 5 days a week for the next 30 days, you're going to be gaining a lot of muscle! I would be careful there too!

    I would have it let out. Depending on your size 10 lbs could be way too much to lose in one month. Plus you never know where on your body you'll lose it. Not necessarily where it's tight. You don't need the added stress.

    When I need to lean out before the event or a shoot I do the leaning out protocol used by a lot of bikini fitness contestants. for 2 weeks you do cardio twice a day for one hour. It can be either running or a stairmaster. You eat 5-6 times a day. Each meal is 4 oz or lean protein (fish chicken or tofu) and a cup of greens (spinach, salary, broccoli, asparagus). Lots of water. Green tea in the morning. Can substitute one meal with low carb protein shake.
