Help!! my wedding website and account are gone.

Anyone else having this issue right now? My website is gone. When I put in the url it says error 404. I can’t log into my account either!! I had to create a new acct to post this. It seems like everything is gone. I’ve been using it for a few months sent my invites and RSVPs too. All my guest info is in here and my wedding is in 17 days!! Any advice is appreciated!!!

    I have filled out a contact form a few times and haven’t heard back from anyone. I’ll try this too! Any other suggestions?

    This happened to my profile as well. Everything is gone. My partner and I filled out the contact form a few days ago and haven’t heard back.

    Sorry, it happened to you too. I am very frustrated. My wedding is September 24 and I didn't send out physical invites so no one can access the wedding details. They finally responded and said: "Thank you for reaching out! I would be happy to help. I am having trouble finding an account under that email. If there another email I can check?" SOOO... that's not very promising. Hopefully, it doesn't take another 48 hours for them to respond...

    We were told that someone turned in a customer privacy form that led to everything getting wiped. So we have to start over.

    The same thing happened to me! Any advice on getting it restored? I have emailed support multiple times, called, and filled out the form and haven’t heard back. I had to create a new account just to post this.

    They told me that since I deleted my knot wedding account it deleted my wedding wire account. I lost all of it. Thankfully I had most of my emails on a separate spreadsheet. The bump, wedding wire, and knot are all the same so if you delete one it deletes them all. That was my issue apparently. They should really fix that. My wedding is two weeks away and it was an unnecessary frustration. For people who specialize in helping make brides’ lives easier, that’s a pretty big problem.


    Also, the people I talked to on the phone were very sweet, but not well trained. I had to call several times and talked to three representatives before I could finally talk to someone who knew what happened. The whole customer service response was VERY slow. I know this is a free service but it doesn’t mean their not making money off the consumer, and they should create better systems to keep them happy. As someone who also pays to be a vendor on the knot and wedding wire, I know just how much money they are making off of brides. Hopefully some changes will be made.

    They told me it was all gone and there’s no way of getting it back. Unfortunately, I think you’ll have to start from scratch. Smiley sad
