Try la belle group. They are all inclusive- food, photographer, decor.

How many people are you planning on? A 5k wedding is doable for a small guest list (think like 30 people or less-remember, a good rule of thumb is that roughly half your budget should go to food and beverage, which at your budget gives you around $80/person including taxes and tips which should be doable). I'd look at restaurants in the area and see if they have a private room available, especially as many of them won't charge for the room (and people have even had lovely ceremonies in restaurants). You could also look at public parks if you just need a ceremony location, with the reception in a restaurant.

FYI vendors don't care if you're a "young" bride or an "old prehistoric dinosaur" bride so you can leave that part out of your self descriptions.

Are there any bridal shows coming up soon in your area? You could check some of those out for venue ideas as well to see all inclusive or smaller budget places.

My guestlist is 50 people. I've heard other brides saying they've had amazing weddings for under 5,000 so I'm trying to see what my options are. Thanks for the wonderful tips!

I have found that today most weddings are around $80-$200 a person. If you only want to spend $5000 then your guest list needs to be limited. Does the $1500 amount include just the venue or is it to include, everything. My daughter found an all inclusive venue which includes everything except caterer, alcohol, officiant, bridal party flowers, photographer/videographer and it was
only $3700 and that prices also includes the Day of coordinator. You need to decide what type of wedding you want. Formal, beach, hotel, ballroom, community hall, park, backyard. Then start pricing from there. Also, you will need to compare the locations and look at all
of the inclusions. A backyard will need more then somewhere that is used to having weddings.

Wow, enjoy your time out when I email the mods with your immature response.

You don't even know my age. But I bet I can guess yours. You'll be lucky to get any help now since the best advice here comes from the older brides.

$1,500 would be for the venue. I already have wedding dresss, flowers and photography taken care of. So the 5,000 budget is for everything except for the previosuly mentioned. I was thinking $1,500 was a good amount for the wedding venue but I might be very wrong. Thanks for your help. Do you mind sharing where your daughters did her wedding? Thanks so much!

Hi! I didn't put the "young" as a description to the vendors. I simply wrote it unconsciously as a way of introducing myself to those part of weddingwire forum. I didn't except it to cause such as out roar. But thanks for the advice, I understand no one will adjust their prices based on age. Thanks anyway!

Explain how my saying age doesn't matter equates to an outroar. Really interested in hearing how you jumped to that conclusion.

Someone mentioned going to a bridal/wedding expo. There is one at the Convention Center on January 14th. I don't know that kind of vibe you're going for but there are some barns and all inclusive places in Plant City that might be in budget. Also get on the Tampa Wedding Swap Facebook group and ask this question. You'll get responses from local people, including vendors.

Thank you Sara P. Will definitely go on Facebook and check that group out! I'm definitely into the rustic look and have seen some places in Plant city online. I'm going to try to visit some of those in person.

    Thanks so much ☺️

    Wow. Just wow.

Also, you are 95% probably not going to be able to afford your 50 guests. Try 20-30. If you say you can’t cut anyone, you’re lying to yourself.

And if you find a way to host 50 for 5k, you’re not hosting them properly.

My daughter is getting married at the Crystal ballroom at Veranda. They have several of them around central Florida however this one was perfect. They provide everything and tailor it to each bride. Colors, types of centerpieces, linens, China, bar ware etc.
They had a Black Friday special for $1000 off and since 3/4 of the guests are from OOT she decided on a Thursday wedding. This way they get to spend the Friday’s nd Saturday having fun with family from OOT which they rarely see. On the special we were also able to add a DOC for $599. For everything, venue, centerpieces, ceremony space completely decorated. Cocktail hour, banquets space to include China, silverware, and bar ware the total
is less than $3800. Catering for 100 people is set for $3000. Flowers $1000, and the. The bride and groom are paying for the photographer/videographer, dj, officiant, and cake. The total budget is $13,000 not including her gown and veil which was $4400

Try looking at a hotel, they have a lot of all inclusive. Or a restaurant if the guest list is smaller, they usually don't charge a rental fee but have a food & beverage minimum, and you don't have to worry about tables/chairs/china, etc. They usually have all that stuff!

It is highly unlikely that you will be able to host 50 people for $1,500. That's $30 per person for food and alcohol including tips, tax, service charges, etc. You will either need to cut your list dramatically or wait and save. Not sure how you have all your vendors without a venue, since without a venue, you don't have a date. Perhaps the best solution is to wait and save or elope and have a house party after.
