Ok sounds great! The chicken, corn and mashed potatoes sounds like a good start. What other choices do they offer? And how many meal selections are included in your catering? Also are they offering a tasting that you can try and choose your meals? Honestly the tasting helped us so much because what we thought we would like, we didn’t as much as some of the other options.

We chose 3 options (paid a little extra for the third) and went with white meat (pork), steak, and salmon.
