Help! Reception Venue November 9th

I just found it, it seems pretty helpful! So far though, I keep getting responses from vendors saying that they don't have availability on my date, but they have availability on ____ dates. I wish they wouldn't advertise as being available on that date!
Budget- 5-10k

Area- Within 45 minute driving distance from Raleigh

We love Marbles! I'm in Raleigh/Garner. Unfortunately most of those dates are likely unavail around these ways. When I was looking for a 10/26 date, no one had it and so we ended up choosing 11/23 which was the next available. This was when we were looking in January.

Still though, I'd check the Fairview, Brier Creek Country Club, Grand Marquise Ballroom, several hotels like the double tree by brownstone, The renaissance at north hills, hampton inn by crab tree
