I had this same problem and I could not figure out how to reset it so I just moved every person back to the non seated area and then deleted any tables I didnt need.

Samatha that is exactly what I DON'T want to have to do! I am so hoping the WW support people will weigh in on this thread! In the meantime, I am working on my engagement photobook to have at the RD. Maybe the WW gods will grant me a reprieve.

I must be missing something because this seems too obv, but why don't you press the edit button on each table and change the number of seats?? Maybe it's different when the tables are full of guests already, because I just have the tables laid out and no guests yet.

I have half the guest seated already and have to reconfigure the tables. It is easiest to start all over and reconfigure (based on all these complex familial relationships) than to simply change the number. It's not always the last to be seated that I want to remove. But since WW has not responded via email or this thread, I might have to unseat each person individually. I so didn't want to do that!

***Note, in case anyone needs to do this, I just ended up deleting all the tables and that unseated everyone. *****

If you delete each table, it'll put the guests back on your unseated list so you can reseat them, rather than editing each table individually, or moving each person individually. That's how I've played around with mine.

I know this is an old forum, but I came along this while looking for the easiest way to reset my seating chart. There isn't a way to do a full reset (that I could find), but you can delete the tables, and the folks seated there will be automatically set to be reseated.

    Hope this helps!

This is way old, but since i found it in my search I thought I'd share as I was having the same issue. If you click on Guest List and select all, then delete, it clears out the entire seating plan you've started. You'll need to re-import the list again, but I was good to go in under a few minutes doing it this way. Hope it helps someone in the future!
