Help?! (vendors to have both ) w/ reasonable price?

This kind of confuses me. You say you want a tent wedding, but you want an indoor reception so do you mean you want the ceremony in a tent? Also without knowing where you are located it is rather difficult to recommend a venue. You also mentioned you want to spend $5,000 on everything, but is that your entire wedding budget or by everything do you mean for the venue, tent, and food/drinks. Either way $5,000 is a rather low budget.

I second all of this. We need a lot more info in order to help you. Also, tents alone run around $1,000 and, where I am located, venues with both outdoor and indoor space will be between $4,000 and $7,000. You might have to scrap the tent idea or up your budget.
