HELP - we can't decide on a first dance song!

A thousand years. Its cliche I know but it makes me tear up and sway every time I hear it on the radio knowing its going to be our song.

I am having a hard time with this too; FH and I have different tastes in music. I want an intimate song and he wants something more upbeat. Ahhh. Good luck!

Listen to safety suit never stop wedding version, ron pope i do not love you and parchute kiss me slowly.. all of those artists have so many other sweet songs too.

We are dancing to "All the Way" by Frank Sinatra and Celine Dion.

We're dancing to "The Luckiest" by Ben Folds, the version from the film About Time. I found it by searching YouTube for indie first dance songs. I've always loved the song, but it didn't come to mind until my crazy searches.

FH and I had troubles too. We had a bunch of modern songs that all were too fast or didn't feel right. On a whim, I pulled up one of my favorite songs: "La Vie en Rose" (the Louis Armstrong version) and FH just said "I really like that! Let's do that one." We couldn't be happier with our decision. It's timeless and classic and so us/our wedding. Good luck!

Moonlight Serenade by Glenn Miller. I couldn't imagine a better song. It was the easiest choice we have had to make so far.

I think ours is going to be Closer by Tegan and Sara. FH is obsessed with them, and we're not a slow dancing kind of couple. The other option is Rather Be by Clean Bandit. It was popular not long after we started dating, and it really characterizes our relationship.
