    It looks like Statice.... It's a filler and should be very inexpensive! Smiley winking

    Sorry, looking at the photos more closely I realize there is another purple flower below the sunflowers in addition to the Statice. I can't see those clearly enough to identify them though.

    Could be a salvia or maybe a lavender larkspur? I often see lavender and sunflowers together for bouquets! If you're able to you could try a floral shop. I'm sure they would know or be able to show you some similar flowers!

    That would be purple statice. If you want something a little bit lighter purple you could also do limonium, it’s basically purple baby’s breath. They are both very similar. The bottom bouquet flower right between the two sunflowers looks like lisianthus. It’s like a purple rose, roses don’t come naturally in purple without dye, so it is a common dupe. Help!
