Help, what is your ring bearer carrying down the aisle?

Are you actually giving him the rings? I have been advised not to. If you don't give him the rings what is he going to carry? Signs with funny sayings aren't really my thing.

Ours are carrying the real rings. We have two, so one will carry mine and one will carry FH's. One is 6 and one will be 4.5. They ought to be just fine in the 30 second walk down the aisle!

Not sure yet. He'll be 6 but he's on the spectrum and I have told him if he really does not want to walk he doesn't have to. I may make a sign or give him something special to hold. Knowing him he'll want a flower, love the kid!

Our RB carried a heart shaped wood box that had a lid that twisted open instead of being on a normal hinge. She was able to undo the latch on the side, but unable to figure out that you had to twist it to open it to get to the two holes for the rings. My MOH decided she and the BM should hang onto the rings and the RB went down the aisle with an empty box that she was unable to open. They instructed her to high five the MOH and BM to "pass off" the rings at the end of the aisle.

Do anything but don't give him the real ring. I was a bm 2 yrs ago during the ceremony I heard a noise look around FG and RB untied the ring and drop it, we spent a good time looking for it.

He's 9. So, I wanted to give him a bigger role that he would enjoy. He loves it. The briefcase Eli have fake rings inside. He'll wear the shades and badge. The other will be considered his gift.

My ring bearer will only be 2 1/2 years old so we will use fake rings that will be tied to the pillow. The pillow is the same pillow that my grandparents used when they got married. It's been passed down to my mom and aunts and cousins who have already gotten married. So sentimental.

I'm also not a huge fan of signs, but that's what FH decided he wants our ring bearers to carry so I let him have it. Meh.

Of course, I'm sure I'm going to have to pick out the signs lol.

My fiance is making this box to put them in. Ringbearer will be 4.5 by our wedding, so a little less likely to throw them, but they'll at least be protected in the box haha

I have the pillow my aunt used in her wedding, but my RB will only be 2 when we get married, so he is carrying the pillow w/ fake rings

Mine carried the rings. My dad tied the rings to the pillow right before he walked down the aisle and he went straight to my mom.

I am not having a ring bearer or a flower girl. Want to do it drive through style. I just want to party and start the reception. Plus the ceremony is by a lake I don't want to have the formal ceremony
