I absolutly love this idea. I need help making it. How would I go about it. My dad can make the wheels, but I would make the decorations for them. Any thoughts would be appreciated. Thank you
Ok I am going to give my honest opinion. I wouldnt do it. It look juvenile to me. YOu can tell this is from a quienciera which is the traditional 15th birthday in spanish countries.

Hmm....Some metal wire might work for the balloon part. Im not sure hor thick it would have to be but that would also work for the top part. the wheels dont look attached so if you get the wire you could tie it to the table legs and after ever balloon and light is attached just roll the wheels up to it.
The wheels just look like miniature silver balloons attached to the front. There's a round table as the platform (Looks like a 4 seater). The arched balloons are probably attached individually (one-by-one) using fish wire. The tops of each arch are pulled together in the middle and it looks like something very light weight is resting in the middle, some type of plate or disk with feathers on it.
I would definitely test this out with a table and balloons before attempting to do it for your wedding. It looks very inexpensive but requires some crafty hands.
Omg i LOVE this! i wouldn't do pink tho. but im assuming its bendable wire for the carriage part that you just tightly tie balloons to

Tie balloons to 4 strings of lights?
Get a plastic plate? or just a cardboard circle (like from a pizza box) and glue feathers on it. I'm just trying to think of something light for the top.
see if your baker has the columns and stairs for the cake, or you may need to buy them?
Buy or rent the linens.
Trying to figure out if that thicker silver line behind the cake is part of the support?
Appears to be one going horizontal too (near the middle of the cake)
Have fun... if this is something you really plan on doing.
There ARE other ways to do a cinderella themed cake table if you are interested in seeing other ideas.
So maybe it's not fish wire. Maybe it's more like floral wire that's being used. You may want to try calling a balloon company that does this and just ask them (see below). I'm not sure what keeps the middle from falling down.
If it has some helium in it, It should just hold it's form and be strong enough to hold the feathered top up. I also think it needs helium or a support of some kind because it appears there are white strands of lights under/in between the balloons.
Jamilia example #1 looks like all balloons, so they just tie them together in that shape, no support (or helium) needed (I believe) If you google or youtube balloon arches, it will give you instructions on how to make it. It appears to be very similar to a balloon arch.
I kinda agree with Mrs. Montoya - looks more for a Quinceañera.
Let us know if you want some other Cinderella ideas.
Hayley you're right. I'm sure they must have helium to keep shape. I too agree with Hayley and Montoya, it's rather kid-like but if you love it, go for it.
Thank you everyone and Hayley yes I would like more ideas.

I wanted to do something like this for my fairytale theme but like one of the girls said it looks like a sweet 15. Something I don't want it to look like. It would look hot
these could be cute for centerpieces, maybe for a card box? ... you could add some flowers to the top if you do battery tea lights, or just have it on a mirror and sprinkle some gems or petals
no one looks at their guest BOOK - do a frame of something that you can have on display - send an invite to Disney, but be sure to do it 4 months in advance to be sure you get the reply back in time to find a frame and a large mat. Have the guests sign the mat.
Oooh I love what you posted Haley C! I am a sucker for Cinderella
But what the OP posted is way too sweet 16 for me. To each their own though.

Cinderella cake ideas... doesn't need to be this big, notice how she had a Cinderella snow globe decorating the table
*notice the bride has her hair done like Cinderella
Another bride wanted a cake with the similar ribbon pattern as Cinderella's dress and the carriage wheel swirls on the bottom. I "mocked" this up for her.
($79 to add the personalized ribbon - no tulle, no almonds)
fill with M&M's ???
http://www.favoronline.net/clearslipperfavor.aspx
but also check your local dollartree, I think mine sold these a few in a package, then you wouldn't need to pay shipping.
Here is a disney bride, colors light purple. She made her own candles and had some cute ideas http://www.disboards.com/showthread.php?p=15470159
You would just need to buy some vellum, and you could print "happily every after" and attach it to the candle.
another DIY bride, she did her runner too...

I have links to How To instructions (candle, monogram, runner) on my profile if you click my image or name.

Oh my...I'm so glad I ran across this thread! It gave me quite a good chuckle reading all the ways you might DIY this Cinderella carriage! No offense to any of you, but this is quite an elaborate balloon design and there are many balloon professionals that aren't able to pull it off. There is no helium involved nor is there fishing line or florist wire, and it definitely is not "inexpensive"!
To briefly answer the original question of how to make this, you need a 5' round table, 4 heavy steel base plates, 4 pieces of 1/2 conduit, a pipe bender, approximately 500 - 5" latex balloons perfectly inflated to the exact same size, about 120 - 4" foil stars inflated and heat sealed, 4 - 9" foil stars inflated and heat sealed, plus whatever you make your wheels from (usually foam-core) and feathers or whatever else you choose to decorate the carriage with.

Once you have all your supplies purchased, you must bend all 4 pieces of conduit into exactly the same shape, making sure they all stay flat as you bend them...not to mention making sure they will all balance perfectly when the design is assembled. The center can be done several ways, the most sturdy is to weld connectors to a metal plate that all 4 pieces of conduit will connect to. All of this is just to make the frame!
When created properly by a professional balloon artist, this design can be breathtaking. But I have seen a lot of shoddy Cinderella carriages out there, so if you choose to use this elegant cake table design be sure you are getting the work done by a reputable balloon artist.
