Hi!

We're estimating about 500 people for our henna night celebration and wanted to find a place that offers us to bring the alcohol and food. Other than Bristol Palace and the Holiday Inn in Skokie, IL, where else could you do this?

Have you considered having it outdoors and having it tented? I attended a very large wedding in Chicago a few years ago and due to size they just ended up renting out a park and putting up a huge tent with sides.

As it can be difficult to find venues that allow you to bring your own food and alcohol due to liability concerns, finding an outdoor space where you could have a tent sounds like a great idea. Is this something you would be willing to do?
