That sounds literally terrifying. Luckily I live in Wyoming and our wedding is in Colorado so I'm hoping it misses us😅 the map I saw showed mostly midwest and eastern states that are affected the most.

Interesting! I’ve heard of cicadas but haven’t experienced them. Maybe they aren’t much of a SoCal thing (thankfully). However, I’d have an entire crying fit if the ground was covered in them. Heck, I freaked out over a grasshopper in our backyard. I didn’t want to open any doors in case it might hop inside of our house. 😫

Omg I HATE cicadas. I grew up in Australia and its everywhere. And I'm getting married May 22nd in KY and of course that's when and where it says they'll be chillin😂😂😂
