Hi 2023 brides!!

Hi everyone my fiancé and I originally had planned to have our wedding in 2022 but thanks to COVID we had to push it back to 2023 but at least it’s at the beginning of the year (February) anyways we’ve already started making guest lists and Pinterest boards and we have our songs selected and we have talked about what we really want at our wedding and what we can do without but we won’t be booking venues or vendors till the beginning of 2022 and I have no idea venue wise so I am looking already for that because it’s hard to find a good one that has what I want 😫 I feel like that and what to give food wise is the hardest thing to choose

Wedding date may 2023, we have looked into a few venues but not booked anything yet. It has been super hard to find time with him working 40 hrs and me working 50+ hours. All the venues I like are at least 30 minutes from where we live. Sorry I am no help 😔

I’m looking for my dress now and checking into prices for vendors and looking at venues it’s never to early to do that. The venues get snatched up quick and if you can afford to get an event planner that knows what they are doing l. It’s worth it believe me

Our wedding is August 6th 2023!!!!

My engagement has been since 2020 we wanted plenty of time to plan and make it a night to remember forever. Still planning out many tiny details but all the big things like renting and hiring people are done. We just officially choose our honeymoon location and now just booked it.

We've set ours for July of 2023 for the same reason! We're planning to set our Venue First to reserve our date and then announce our wedding party. We plan to get some engagement pictures done this Fall and send out save the dates around this time next year. I've already started looking into vendors and dresses but I'm not 100% sold on any.

My fiancé and I have set our date for 03/2023 and we are locked on a destination wedding. We have our venue and we are planning with them now. We have our full wedding concept planned and are now working on bridal party boxes so we can pop the questions to our bridesmaids and bridesmen! We will also be giving a bridesmaid/men agreement form that will outline our very few expectations for the party. We want to be transparent on what they will need to do. We got engaged on 10/10/20 and with in a week we picked the date 02/03/2023! Right when we picked our date my mom reserved my dream glam squad lol since then we have booked our wedding planner, DJ, photographer, video and caterer (some with 2020 prices) I guess once we got started we couldn’t stop? We wanted ample time to plan between both of us finishing our degrees plus getting our first choices. Our dream venue book isn’t open for 2023 yet but we are staying on top of that! Like our planner says 2021 is for the boring part of planning and 2022 will be the fun part lol

May 2023 here! We literally JUST booked our venue, and I am starting to look at photographers. My wedding party has been picked since way before we got engaged lol he still hasn't finalized his yet though. The dress will probably be next and then everything else can wait a bit, I feel like getting the most important things out of the way will help me feel WAY less stressed.

We got engaged 12/31/20 and set our date for 4/22/23. We have booked our venue and that’s about it for the moment. I’ll start doing more after the new year. I didn’t want to do too much to early.

The date we want is March 2023, so we have a while to plan, as well (hoping it reduces some stress, too).

For dress stuff, I'm not planning on looking until early next year; I want to look in March to get an idea of weather and how I'll feel in dresses in the same season, but also, I've been working on changing lifestyles (to a healthier one, with eating better and working out), so I don't know how I'll look or feel next year! My skin is also fickle (have eczema, is sensitive, etc.) so I'm giving it time to settle and see if I can get it into a routine and manage stress levels enough to see if I can keep it under control before I start looking for dresses.

Right now though, we've been reaching out to venues for the past 1.5-2 months and have seen a few in person already. I'd love to book a venue before the end of this year and secure something so I don't worry or stress about competing with couples who have postponed due to COVID, either.

I've been working on some handmade and DIY stuff as well in my spare time just for fun, but never putting pressure on myself.

Our wedding date is Thursday, September 28th 2023!

Hello everyone, my fiancé purposed 07/21/2020. We are getting married 03/18/2023. We waited because 1) the venue we found was amazing and it included just about everything besides dress, Wedding bouquet and cake. (It even included a wedding planner) it was only $6,000. I was amazed. 2) My fiance and I are still in our early 20's and in college so we needed time to be able to pay off the venue along with buying the things nit included. 3) we wanted to be almost 25 when getting married. Ours is March 4, 2023. Venue has been booked! We have gathered certain vendors, but aren’t going to start making deposits for those vendors until next year.

We were engaged December 28th, 2020, and by the time we got home (we had rented a cabin down in Georgia) I was looking at venues. I believe the third week of January we were contracted into our October 15th, 2023 date and I have every other vendor also booked, contracted, and deposited. In my area many vendors were/are booking out that far which is why I didn't hesitate. Also I'll happily take this year's prices! I also have my dress (and veil) which are living in a closet at my future MIL's until then.

We also chose that far out because 1) My fiancé is in law school and he needs to focus on that (he takes the bar next July), and 2) I wanted a Friday the 13th date. We're actually legally getting married Friday and then the ceremony and celebration is that Sunday.

Hi we're getting married July 2023. We're having a destination wedding. We have already done a room block at the resort and sent out our save the dates. We started early bc want to give everyone time to schedule and pay for their trip.

Well we got engaged May 11th this year. We booked our venue 2 weeks ago, have an appointment with the DJ next week and I’m going to wait on photo and dresses till a little later. I’m trying to space it out so it doesn’t become overwhelming 😊

October 2023 here!!!
Fall 2023 is already starting to book mostly due to Covid so we’re securing our venue, photographer, and hair/makeup then relax a bit.

We are currently in the process of choosing a vendor! We are hoping to pick within the next week or so. This is only because most of the places are already booking into 2023. We are choosing may of 2023. I think for the rest of the year, we will likely play around and find a photographer, do save the dates, and propose to my bridal party!
