View Quoted Comment We’re in a similar boat Cassi. We live in NY and we’re getting married in GA. The local florists have been giving us really high quotes as well. I think that’s what led me to the DIY companies. Another bride told me to check out Publix (supermarket) as they do floral arrangements which I had no idea and she said it costs her around $500 which is great!

Do you mind sharing the brands you found on Amazon that look the most real in your opinion? I’m also looking on Amazon & was mainly focusing on real touch flowers (which are made of some kind of foam).

I was looking at the real touch as well, but there are so many unhappy reviews I decided to look at other things.

I got all my flowers from Etsy but my centerpiece peices. The venue is doing those for 250.

It will probably depend more on how much other DIY stuff you are doing leading up to your day. If you have a lot of other DIYs that you will have to deal with leading up to the day its probably not worth the stress, but if you have minimal then I've heard good things about them!
