I had lunch today with one of my friends who has been married to her husband for 9 years and her perspective was if her husband cheating she would want to get to the source of the cheating. Depending on if that source was fixable or not that would determine if they tried to mend the marriage or filed for divorce.

Of course, no one wants to be cheated on but its a reality that happens every day. Some might walkout at just the thought of cheating while others might want to stick it out for better or worse. Cheating is also a touchy topic.

I definitely agree that cheating breaks trust. As the saying goes, “trust takes years to build, seconds to break, and forever to repair”.
