I didn't think about testing the aisle runner. Mine is from Walmart so I can imagine mine will be worse :/

How much did you pay for it? You're only going to walk down it once

(Haha I didn't even see that! wow....)

    ^haha autocorrect.

What about wearing heel guards like the kind used for walking on grass?

Autocorrect fail. Hahaha. Either that or a Freudian slip. Lol.

I skipped the aisle runner. I was afraid I'd slip on it. So I decided against it. You could line both sides of the aisle with flowers. Or have someone roll it out right before only you walk that way it'll get minimal use.

Thank u guys for the response. It was on sale for half off so I paid around $18.50. I want to glue petals to the runner. Maybe I'll wait till right b4 I walk down to use it. Because I'm scared of 1 of my 10 bridesmaids snagging it

I haven't looked into but is glue how they stop from your dress sweeping up the petals? I wasn't sure what to do.

Emmy they aisle runner is usually not put down until just before the flower girl, she drops the petals for you.

@FutureMrsHicks she is probably doing a petal runner or the sides with petals.

I am going to wear heel guards on my runner. I am doing a petal runner so I will be gluing petals to cover mine completely and mine will be down before the ceremony even starts so every will step on it.

Thanks Wendy. The churches aisle is a dull stiff carpet and they don't allow flower petals to be thrown. That's why I want to make the runner

I'm making a flower petal aisle runner too.. I've made some in the past & no one has complained about them ripping so hopefully it turns out well.
