Hollywood, Florida Elopement

Hello All,

So we are going to elope in Hollywood, FL, which is close by Miami (I assume close enough to drive and spend a few hours there). We decided to go to Hollywood because I have family close by there. However, I never been out there to know how to plan our activities for us so, I would really appreciate it if y'all could suggest somethings for us to get into. Also we will have our wedding party with us.


Thanks in advance for the advice/suggestions.

    Originally being from Miami, I can tell you that Hollywood is definitely close. Maybe 30 mins. Hollywood is a super chill beach with lots of restaurants, and activity stores on the board walk. Hollywood is also a pretty nice location for good restaurants. What kind of activities are you interested in?

    That's great thank you, I didn't know Miami was so close to Hollywood. We're chill peoples lol we like to see the sites, try new foods, maybe see some live entertainment like a band, or even a lounge. We don't go hiking or stuff like that, we just like to chill and enjoy life.

    So, Hollywood doesn’t have many sights, you may want to drive into Fort Lauderdale or Miami for sight seeing. Hollywood is very popular for families that like to watch waves and eat ice cream. They also rent out bikes, some that hold 5 people at a time (silly, and fun!) . The great thing about Hollywood is that it’s smack dab in the middle between Ft. Lauderdale (north) and Miami (south). About 30 mins each way. That opens things up to a million possibilities of what y’all would like to do. Las Olas? South Beach? Wynwood?

    You could hit the Hollywood beach boardwalk once and if it reopens and check out margaritaville resort
