Arleia, on June 6, 2015 at 1:23 PM Posted in Honeymoon 0 7

What would you recommend for an adults only all inclusive in a tropical location? We went to sandals in Ocho rios and loved it!! But we are afraid in august for our honeymoon we may run into issues with the weather. Would love to go to hawaii ....but it seems exspensive. Need somethining that isnt exspensive. Any Advice? thanks!! Smiley smile

There's a chance of weather anywhere you go. Work with a travel agent who can offer you travel insurance so you can change your plans. If you purchase through groupon, you're stuck with what you have.

Hawaii doesn't offer All-Inclusives. Stick with Mexico, Dominican Republic, and Jamaica for best bang for your buck. Try Bahamas too.

Try a cruise. They can go around bad weather and many are offering liquor packages as a promo for free!

Hurricane season runs June to November. That's half the year! While some islands are more hurricane prone than others, I would never recommend that you make a decision based on fear. If there is somewhere that you really want to go, plan it and hope for the best. Just make sure you work with an agent that can make sure that you have the right insurance, and will have your back should the weather threaten your trip.

Hi Arieia, Congratulations on your engagement!

We have helped allot of couples over the years who were interested in All Inclusive packages. Ours is in Costa Rica: and all of our packages are individualized to fit you budget, scheudle and desires. We are able to do this because we only book one couple a time. I don't know if you have considered Costa Rica. It is a favorite honeymoon spot as it is so tropical and romantic! The other nice thing is that it is out of the hurricane zone completely. So it is nice that you can still be in the tropics and not have to worry about that! Click on our picture here and contact us if you would like more information. We are in the Manual Antonio area, and are happy to answer any questions you might have. Pura Vida (pure life).
