Honeymoon destination

Emmanuelle, on February 1, 2020 at 12:42 PM Posted in Honeymoon 0 14
Hello,

My fiance and I are getting married on Oct. 4th 2020, we are both educators so we decided to wait for our Thanksgiving break for our honeymoon. We live in Baltimore and we are trying to find an all inclusive package (adults only LOL) to an exotic destination like the Carribeans. What are your recommendations?

Jamaica was one of my family's favorites for beach focus. I'd recommend Costa Rica if you would want a variety of environments though (beach and rainforest/mountains)

Out of the two, which one would you recommend for a honeymoon, with preferably no children, relaxing tune, nice adventures such as scuba diving?

I haven't been myself yet, we're getting married at the South Coast Jamaica location, in October. We chose that for the more quiet, relaxed atmosphere. If you go to their website you can compare the resorts to see which one would be best for you and your FH.

I haven't looked at the prices in a long time, but if you just want to stay in a beach resort and relax you should figure out which Caribbean country is going to be the cheapest to fly to (I'd think Jamaica is one of them) and find a resort you like in that country. They should obviously say on their website if no kids are allowed. A lot of beach resorts will have basic rentals like snorkeling, kayaking, and jet ski on site

November should be "off season" and not hurricane season either, so you should be able to find some great rates regardless of where you end up

We are going to Montego Bay Jamaica to an all inclusive Sandles Resort!! I looks amazing and it's a few miles from 3 other Sandles Resorts which we also have all inclusive passes to!! That's one of the main reasons I wanted Montego Bay!! I definitely recommend looking into Sandles Resorts!! I'm sure wherever y'all choose will be amazing!! Good luck and congratulations!!

Of course! And as others are saying, highly recommend all inclusive. It's super nice to not worry about anything once you get there. You can opt for additional off property excursions by talking to a concierge, but it sounds like your needs might be met with a resort with a solid amenities package

Beautiful island in the Caribbean..comparable to Jamaica but much smaller, more intimate, great people, lovely beaches..lots of nature activities to do as well. (#1 honeymoon destination in the world)

Google the island and see if its what you're looking for. Check out the hotels int he link as well.
