Honeymoon destination?

Ok, I know you're from Michigan, but Charlevoix is so pretty in the summer if for some reason you've never been. If you like to stay busy, Chicago has tons to do - restaurants/sports/museums/shopping. Gatlinburg, TN or Asheville NC are great if you are outdoorsy and like hiking, mountain cabins, etc. Savannah, GA is also so beautiful and fun - lots of history and romantic southern charm. And Hilton Head is less than an hour away for a day of golfing/strolling on the beach.

You could go to Duluth MN. It's very beautiful and they have lots of fun things in the summer. There are also many different outdoor activities in different parts of Minnesota. I agree with a previous poster that Savannah is very beautiful. Both Duluth and Savannah I feel like could be done in 4 days without feeling like you're missing out on too much.

Portland Maine is also really fun and friendly to us redheads! 😉 Nantucket, Cape Cod, and Martha's Vineyard would all also be a great time!

Blue Ridge Mountains...a cabin with a jacuzzi inside or outside the room on a private deck! Thats perfect! Im from Bassett Va, and my finance is from Floyd, Va. Look up honeymoon spots in Floyd. You will find the perfect place! Private cabins on a couple acres of land or a nice cabin resort! They average about 270 a night but most come with breakfast and dinner and its included. Theres hiking, horseback riding, golf, etc. Im not a rep for any of these places. Ive just done my research and me and my future hubby are getting a private cabin with a outside heated jacuzzi and plan on staying in the room for our personal exsperience the whole time! I couldnt think of a better setting. Me and him can stay up all night talking always have for over 10 years before we got engaged. This will be perfect! We are going from April 9th the day of our wedding to April 13th! Perfect weather. Im fair skinned and he is as well. The sun and him and i atent friends!, enjoy your wedding!
