My partner and i will be doing a cruise because it takes you to quite a few places! if you and your partner dont get seasick that may be a good idea. plus the ships have plenty of fun stuff to do on the days you dont stop at any ports too!

What do you two like to do for fun?

    What's your budget?
Can you travel out of country?

We used to vacation on a beautiful lake in New Hampshire in August, we love it there and the days are usually sunny, not too hot (just enough for lake swimming) and the nights are cool. Our wedding is in June - our honeymoon may have to wait til August and we are going to a bed and breakfast for a week in NH. If you are looking for nice weather, not too hot, cool nights next to a crackling campfire or fireplace, and beautiful scenery, I'd recommend New England - Vermont, New Hampshire, Maine, or Cape Cod, Massachusetts. Rates are reasonable, plenty of fine dining near the nicer hotels, lots to do, or do nothing on a tranquil lake.

If you want a more affordable option in the states, check out either Hocking Hills or the Poconos. Infact, like, the Poconos from what I gather was like, the OG honeymoon spot back in the 60s/70s. Pocono Palace (and it's too sister resorts), one of the original honeymoon hotels still stands and thrives to this day and if you like kitsch, you will love their rooms featuring a hot tub shaped like a champagne glass and whatnot (though if that is not your thing, don't worry, there are less kitschy rooms too lol)

We’re going to Ireland! We’re not sure how long yet but we’ll go for about a week or so and travel to a few different spots during that time

Beach Vacation: Relax in the sun, sand, and surf with a romantic beach vacation. Whether you opt for a luxury resort or a secluded spot, a beach getaway is a great way to celebrate your honeymoon. Cruise: Spend your honeymoon at sea with a romantic cruise. From the Caribbean to the Mediterranean, cruises offer a great way to explore different countries and cultures. Safari Adventure: For the adventurous couple, a safari is a great honeymoon idea. Visit game reserves, take part in wild game drives, and explore the African savanna.
