Honeymoon Photos

Has anyone done or considered doing additional wedding photos while on their honeymoons? My fiancé and I thought about hiring a photographer to do a small shoot in our wedding clothes while on our honeymoon. To give you some context, we’re hoping to take a winter honeymoon where there will be snow. Since we’re from Florida, true snowy winters never happen and we thought it might be nice. Just looking for some input.

    I am always a fan of doing photo shoots! You can never have too many photos. I think it sounds like a really cool idea, especially with the change of scenery.

    My thinking exactly. My fiancé really wanted a destination winter wedding but that’s not going to be possible. I thought this might be a nice alternative.

    Love it! We live in northern AZ where it snows so I get a kick when people talk about the snow! You see pretty, white snow & I see slushy roads, muddy shoes! Make sure you have plenty of warm clothes, more than 1 pair of tennis shoes & keep plastic bags in your car so you can put your wet clothes in.

    Sounds like a cute idea. The only problem will be if you are renting your fiancé's outfit because rentals normally have to be returned like the next day.

    Sorry I assumed your fiancée was a guy because of how you spelled it. The female spelling of fiancée is with two Es.

    I haven't considered it but that sounds fun. I get stressed out easily, and whenever I get professional photos taken, I feel compelled to get my hair done, nails done, waxed, and my make-up done. So I probably won't do a professional shoot on honeymoon bc it won't be relaxing for me.

    We did a photo shoot at Disney on our honeymoon, 2 days after the wedding! (Actually the reason we went, lol). So, i say do it! It was fun to get dressed up again. Plus I love having the “extra” pictures Honeymoon Photos 1

    My friends did that! They did a photoshop during and it was a nice idea because 1) it was more memories and 2) an activity to do

    Ive used Flytographer for a solo trip I took to Greece. It was an amazing experience! They have Flytographers all over the world and it can be added as a gift on your registry if you so choose.
