Honeymoon we are hoping to go to disney world...but it won't be an immediate thing. We get married a year from today..and then are hoping to go on our honeymoon in January or February when its way too cold in new england Smiley smile

So between the time we get married and we leave we are going to try and put everything we can towards the honeymoon so we can actually have a nice one Smiley smile

Splurge. We are doing a minimoon and a honeymoon due to time of year. We will minimoon in the mountains right after our fall wedding then head to Ireland in the late spring/early summer when the weather is better!

About average? Maybe more on the side of splurging. We are looking at Switzerland or a cruise through the Norwegian fjords.

We saved with a sale, but definitely splurged for what we typically would spend!

I've lived in Tennessee my entire life (besides the 4 years I was in Alabama for college), and it's definitely my favorite state too! I'm from Chattanooga but moved in Nashville 4 years ago.

We splurged! Only happens once, right?

I new every penny that went anywhere. So when it came to our budget for the wedding and honeymoon we were covered, and I booked extra money into both, just in-case. We splurged! and it was amazing! It was just a good feeling to be like, can we spend that? Well yea! We have the money too, no worries.

The only sticker shock I got was eating at T-REX in orlando at Disney Springs..I got a steak and he got nachos..our final bill was $85, which would have been fine, but my steak was NOT $85 material. Overall, it was still a great experience, and that's what matters. FYI - my husband LOVED the nachos and wishes MKE had somewhere that made them LOL.

We wish we could do it like that for future vacations, too, ha! but a bit harder when your saving for a house.

Splurge! We were lucky to be gifted some cash for a honeymoon so we put in our original amount plus the extra cash! We are going to Sandals Royal Plantation for a week. Could not be more excited to de-stress with my FH.

I would love to splurge, but we won't be getting one as we go right into our busy times at work. I may try to surprise him with something in the summer, but I don't know that I will be able to.

I would love to save but I have never flown or been out of the country so I think we need to SPLURGE. My FH is ex military so he's been places. I have visited a lot of states. I want to do something international. Get a passport and start getting stamps ya know. I'm getting excited just thinking about it but.... Its still up for debate. Wish me luck ladies.

As much as we want to splurge I think we’re going to save and have a small vacation locally and plan for a nicer honeymoon in the future

Not sure, haven't thought about our trip that much. We are getting married in February but will not be taking a honeymoon until July or August.

Me and FH are doing a 3 week honeymoon/vacation. We normally take a week vacay for each of our bday, so since we are getting married in 44 days we just decided to splurge. Plus we been saving up for this.
