Except for an adults-only resort, I don't think there are many limits on where you can go on a family vacation. I think the bigger issue, if you are expecting to have "adult time" without your one-year old child, is if wherever you consider going offers child care that you would be comfortable leaving your child with. Many hotels can provide information about babysitting services and some cruises or resorts offer childcare options as well. Personally, I would not have left my child in the care of a stranger while I was on vacation, so we either left her at home with my parents or we'd travel with family members and trade-off childcare. If you're okay with a professional babysitting service, then I'd just contact any options you'd consider and ask about what referrals they can provide. Really anywhere people honeymoon to (e.g., Hawaii, Nashville, Vegas, NYC, Orlando, etc.) has babysitting services, if you're willing to use them.

I know this might sound silly, but have you thought about Disney World? My fiance and I went last year and it was truly incredible! You could get buttons saying that you're celebrating your honeymoon and could get extra perks! For example, my fiance and I were wearing we're celebrating pins for our dating anniversary and got extra dessert at one restaurant!! I just checked and Disney World does have babysitting services so maybe one night or two, you guys could go have dinner in one of the more fancier restaurants just the two of you. Believe it or not, Disney has a lot to offer that's romantic or fun for adults. It's surprisingly affordable if you know how to do it! My fiance and I went and our hotel for a week's stay was under $1,000 at a moderate resort on site! We could have stayed at the more Disney themed, value resorts for even way less.
