Should you honeymoon right after? Or does it matter if you wait a couple of months to honeymoon? 🤷‍♀️ Thoughts?

Some of my friends opted for a honeymoon later so that they can 1. recuperate money to have a honeymoon and 2. because of their schedules.

my honeymoon is a couple weeks after our wedding. to be honest i would prefer a honeymoon later so that it would be cheaper like going somewhere during an off season but unfortunately my fiance only gets summers off so i can only go during a particular time anyway.

do what you feel is right for your schedule and finances.

We are planning on doing a mini moon right after and then our actual honeymoon about 6 months after the wedding!

We get married Feb 1, 2020. The following day is Super Bowl and so we’re going to go have a super bowl after wedding party with our friends. The next morning we will need for a mini moon in Cabo. We’re onlt going for 3 nights because we live in San Diego and it’s only a 2 hour easy flight. Then in May 2020 when the weather is a bit more optimal we’re going to go to Bora Bora.
