Hotel welcome bags - best way to transport to hotel?

hogwartsdork, on October 13, 2015 at 9:28 AM Posted in Do It Yourself 0 6

Okay, I just completed the hotel bags last night. They're simple medium kraft bags from Michael's with some white tissue paper. There are 20 of them. Does anyone have a good idea on how I can transport these to the hotel for delivery? I took some paper boxes from work, but I figured I'd throw it out here to see if there is a better way that I am not realizing Smiley smile

Thanks!

We just took an empty box and loaded them up. It was pretty easy.

Plus the Front Desk kept them organized better behind the desk. We had 40 bags

Boxes, trays, baskets, anything flat should work!

What all did you put in the welcome bags?? I have been considering doing something like this as well, but have no idea what to do!

I did a box also and lined them up. @FutureMrs.Davis I went to BJs and got the large quantities of the small chip bags, and cookies, and granola bars and candy and stuff and then just pretty much divided it out over the number of bags. I also got a case of water and put 2 bottles per water. I got wedding gift bags in the dollar store to put everything in.

Two bottles of water, two individual packs of Advil, two granola bars, a snack bag of goldfish crackers, chocolate (I did Lindor and Ghiradelli), a roll of breath savers mints, tissues, hand sanitizer and a little "invite" about the early breakfast my FIL's are hosting the next morning.
