House on beach that will allow wedding and reception at the beach of the house.

My fiancé’s son got married at Panama Beach and rented a house on the beach that he was able to have the wedding on the beach and the reception on the patio of the house. I want to find a house that will allow that on Ft Myers Beach. Anyone know of any houses?

He used Airbnb, but got married on Panama Beach. We wanted to get married on Ft. Myers beach so it isn’t so far for family to travel but every house I checked on Airbnb said no parties or events.
