How are future brides - healthy tips during covid-19

Hi future brides!



Any tips on staying healthy during covid-19? I am stressing over a few pounds that I want to loose before my wedding in January 2021. I know I have time Smiley smile I just miss my orange theory routine. Virtual workouts are amazing but it's so hard...

    I miss OTF so much! I was just getting into a routine of healthy eating and OTF workouts when this pandemic happened. I have been concentrating on my eating while in quarantine. I’ve been doing low carb, low sugar and it’s helped with about 10 pounds. I wanna lose 10 more before my wedding, and will really get into fitness when my wedding gets closer!! My friend is getting married about three months after me so we have been holding each other accountable which helps!! Either way your man loves you for you, but I understand wanting to look and feel our best.

    Same here!!! Accountability friends rock! Haha I get it. I know I have time I get married in January but time flies. I miss the OTF fam Jam feel Smiley smile my fiance and I both were going and loving it

    Yes, I have been doing them and it's amazing! After work lately I've been so wiped. Fortunate to be essential (Behavior Analyst) but I'm so exhausted sometimes.

    I totally agree is very hard to workout! I have not worked out but started walking only for 20 minutes. I do not believe in diets... just eat healthy and start slowly to workout...it took me forever. My wedding is October 2020.
