How big is too big? For a bouquet of course.

I made my bouquets from dried flowers and sola flowers and if I hear one more comment about how big they look I may punch someone. Would anyone care to post a picture of you holding your bouquet and maybe a bridesmaids? I can hold mine and look in a mirror but it's hard to imagine if it's "too big"....

I think it looks great and let's be honest . . . I won't be holding it all day.

@Nancy- kind of rude advice in my opinion. "if too many people are telling you it's too big, maybe you should take a hint". Really? Is the size of her bouquet hurting anyone?

@Jennifer- your bouquet is beautiful! I also love big bouquets and wouldn't care if others thought it was "too big" or "not big enough". It is YOUR wedding day and all that matters is that you like it. Smiley smile

I'm #teambigbouquet as well. Even my FH is kind of against it, but I don't care. I want what I want and I know my florist is going to make something amazing. I'll still be seen, my dress will be seen, and my bouquet will sure as heck be seen.

Go with what you want! This is one of those instances where you can truly say "your day, your way!" Pick flowers and a bouquet you'll love and be happy with and love looking back on in pictures.

Thank you, Bee. You're so sweet, and you were a gorgeous bride...anything we did for you couldn't have possibly taken the spotlight off of you.

I too prefer larger/looser bouquets as opposed to tight "ball" like ones.

I wish I could post a photo, but I went to one wedding where the bride's bouquet was huge. I mean, she needed 4 hands to hold it. She's not short, but the bouquet kind of dwarfed her.

Oddly enough, the couple didn't order flowers for the mothers/grandmothers, which I've never seen before. The bride could certainly have gone with a much smaller bouquet, and honor those ladies with flowers.
