Are you gonna hold a bush or a single stem? Maybe somewhere in between? I personally don't know but would love to hear what and why you chose what you chose in terms of size.

I can't see the full frontal position of your bouquet but it's pretty! It's not quite a bush but looks heavy. I wouldn't mind a bush personally. Thinking about the kiss (the best part) and planning on a full on Cinderella kiss, I feel like a heavy bush may get in the way of my photographic romance lol.

That's a good size. For you and your dress! Not bush like at all! Lol I like the cascading thing. Still trying to figure out how they construct it like that. It's like magic! 🎩

Thank you!! I am very happy despite the multiple wedding postponements due to covid.. LOL! I wish I had a better picture of the flowers but I’m holding them like that in almost every photo... go figure! I love your idea of a bush! I really don’t think it will interfere with your Cinderella look!
I think they use a half-ball attached to a handle, and then do the bottom draping stuff first, and slowly build up the middle and sides! But yeah, agreed, basically magic.
I guess I went in-between - and it was heavy enough that I wouldn't have wanted anything bigger. Having this size gave me the ability to hold on to my escorts' arms (my brother processing and H recessing) and hold my bouquet in the other hand.
Here are my flower inspiration pictures. We are planning to do our own florals so keeping it simple with just roses and baby's breath. A good size handfull but definitely not a bush!

Love all of your color palettes, shapes and sizes! No ones chosen either extremes. Probably for the best. Very pretty bouquets! Love seeing all of the pretty florals!

Glad to have found another diy flower bride! I'm growing dinnerplate dahlias and asters and begonias in an array of pastels. If for some reason those don't work I will diy fresh florals from a local flower shop and assemble myself. Where are you sourcing flowers?

This is my favorite color palette so far! Idk why. It's not terribly bright or pastel but the colors are very pretty and compliment each other in a dusty, romantic, vintage sorta way. *chefs kiss*

Not exactly sure yet. Either a local wholesaler or an online one. We are Costco members and I have heard both good and bad stories about ordering from them. FiftyFlowers gets mentioned a LOT on WW so I have to look into them too.

I’m thinking mine will be big! I like big things, and I don’t have to hold it forever. Want to preserve it somehow after (thinking wooden so I can put it in a vase in our guest bedroom?). If it’s not wooden, the florist I like grows flowers herself based on my colors and style of wedding! I’ll let her take the lead and design a big bouquet 😍💐

Yea I looked online and that was my first thought. I found some cheap online retailers/ wholesalers that had great reviews online. Unfortunately, I fell in love with dahlias and no one will guarantee they show up nice after shipping since they are temperamental flowers. So green thumb bride is how this is going down! I think it will be nice to have something I put in all that work for from bulb/ seed to bouquet. My wedding works out for that to work out fine though being the end of September in Kentucky. Very season specific and I'm on the further end of that being able to work out. Online is a great option for budget brides like us though. I've seen it work out gorgeously! Can't wait to see yours! Don't forget to show off your big day details after.
My daughter was adamant about having a rounded bouquet that was not overwhelming large. After years of being in the military, she also wanted it to "blend" (camouflage) in.
