How close or far apart are the dates of your bridal shower and wedding?

Shower (was a surprise) was 6/25/18, bachelorette party was 10/5, and wedding was 10/13. You could have it whenever the days line up for you, family, and friends.

Shower is July 13th; wedding is September 28th, so they are 77 days apart

My mom and moh are planning on the end of july/beginning of August for my bridal party and my wedding is September 21st. My cousin (also a bridesmaid) is having her wedding August 24 so we didnt want to get too close to that date.

My shower was Feb 24 and wedding was April 14th.

Pretty far apart. That's just what worked for the most people.

Our shower is March 16 and our wedding is May 5... in all fairness that’s just when I’ll be back in my hometown running some errands so it just worked out that way

My shower is May 26th. Wedding is August 10th.

I opted out of a bridal shower, I didn’t want all the extra attention.

My showers are Aug 10 and Aug 24 and wedding is Oct 12. Seems that 1.5-2 months before the wedding is pretty common.

My shower is tentatively June 22 and my wedding is nov 24

I have quite a few cousins that need to drive in from out of state, so I decided to put some space in between events so they weren't having to drive two weekends in a row, but I also have a fairly short engagement so I couldn't space them too far apart. My shower (and bachelorette party) is next Saturday (!!!) and my wedding is April 20.

Bridal shower is April 13th and the wedding is May 19th.

I’m having 2 showers one is for friends only and it’s a combined shower and the other one is strictly family. My friends one is in 2 weeks but my family one is August 10th. I don’t think it really matters how far apart they are

Showers are June 8th and June 29th. My bachelorette is July 13th and the wedding is August 16th. So about 2ish months for the shower and 1ish months for the bachelorette!

Shower was in November and the wedding is this month.

My FMIL is throwing me a shower June 1. My mother is throwing me a shower June 29 and the wedding is August 3!
