I am very picky when it comes to wedding gowns. I dont like beading, hate lace, cant stand embellishments, no poof, dont like traditional, never thought I'd go white, and I'm a very simple gal....and yet, I'm in love with this dress. I might go back and get it. Did this happen to any of you?!? I had my heart set on a simple blue gown and here I am in this. Am I crazy? Did anyone else have this experience?

I didn't think I'd like a more traditional gown either and when I tried it on I said well maybe they aren't so bad! I couldn't stop touching it!

Ive noticed on here alot of times the brides seem to fall in love with a dress that is completely opposite of what they would think they'd like. Ita beautiful on you and i say go for it if you love it

That dress is amazing! I didn't think I would want a traditional gown either. I ended up with an all lace dress that's an A-line. When I first started shopping I thought I wanted something with bling and a ruffle skirt. But I after trying those on I couldn't see myself getting married in that, I could see myself getting married in the A-line.

It's so pretty
Totally happened to me aha thought I wanted something mermaid style with cap sleeves. Ended up getting an a line with no sleeves aha

I was set on a simple dress straight. Yet I have a strapless ballgown. As pp said so many women on here have a vision of the perfect dress and come away with something different.
The dress is amazing on you, I say go for it!

Your dress is beautiful!! And yes, it happened to me too. I went in thinking I knew what I wanted and the dress I chose was nothing like what I had planned. Dresses look very different on us than in a pic or on a model. Enjoy your intuition.

Giiiiiiiirl let me tell you. I wanted in my mind a mermaid/ trumpet no bling simple something to show off my figure. I wound up with a satin ball gown with an embellished waist and back. I was so hesitant to buy it but gosh I love this dress and can’t wait for it to come in. The heart wants what the heart wants 🤷🏼‍♀️.

It is okay to change your mind. You look beautiful. And if you feel beautiful, then this is the right gown for you.
