How did FS propose?

1st date was at the Santa Monica pier in Los Angeles, we watched the sunset, held sweaty nervous hands and rode the ferris wheel. One day while I am at work (hi day off) he texts me if I want to go to the pier after work, I'm thinking okay sure but hmmm its December 20 and it looks like it might rain. But he kept on saying no lets go even just for a bit, okay. Next strange thing, he tells me he'll uber to my job so we can take 1 car, okay super weird since he always insists on driving. He gets to my job and has to pee every 10 minutes, lol. On our way it started pouring rain but he kept going, I was like what is going on?? Haha We arrive, he runs to pee again and he literally pulled me towards the line for the ferris wheel so fast ( I was in my work clothes, heels and all) it was freaking freezing. The ferris wheel is one of the last attractions on the pier so you're literally on the water, its drizzling and windy! We jump on and once the ride starts he began to tell me all these beautiful things and asked me to marry him!
