How did he propose?

It was my birthday and i wanted to do my favorite thing, bowling! Lol so, i had some of my friends and brother come so i could

good at bowling, so i bowled a strike which means by the time i saw the message i was already sitting down & it was someone else's turn to go! Lol!! Im glad i was sitting because i nearly passed out!

Mine proposed in the wedding section of a book store. We love going to the bookstore and I'm a huge book nerd so it was definitely fitting.

It was his birthday and I asked him what he wanted to do. He said motorcycle ride on his Harley. So that's what we did! :-) On the way back from our ride he pulled over to the side of the road on the mountain and got down on one knee! He said there would be no greater birthday present than if I agreed to marry him <3

I went to an escape room with friends. They asked me to go into the room first ( since i already did one before) and as i opened the door, jesse was on one knee. It was so cute. I was surprised.

My FH and I were on a vacation in Thailand! We had made it to Phuket and decided to visit Big Buddha (an enormous Buddha statue and temple at the top of a mountain). The views were amazing. FH was taking my photo and when he walked over I asked him to give me the camera so I could take his photo. Instead, he handed me a ring! We were a mess and I'm pretty sure I forgot to say "yes" for at least 5 minutes after he asked. The worst part was having to wait 12 hours to call our families and tell them the good news!

Sadly I only have dumb photos of us after it happened. Hahaha

He took me to one of our favorite beaches and planned a picnic. Then he proposed right on the beach. Best day of my life!

My DH proposed Labor Day weekend 2014. We love the beach but our schedules were just too busy to go away for the whole weekend, so we took a day trip to a beach about an hour away. It was actually MY idea, so I had no idea he would propose! He had actually gotten the ring back from the jeweler (it is a custom setting) the week before and had been thinking about a good time to propose, so he felt this was the perfect opportunity. We always go for a walk when we go to the beach, so after we had been there about half a day he suggested a walk, and so I thought nothing of it! We were walking along the beach and ended up on a remote part of the beach, where there is no swimming allowed because of rocks, so we were alone. He took that opportunity to stop at the waters edge and as we were looking out at the water, he proposed! I was completely surprised!

We were with his family opening presents together after lunch like always. The last gift was mine and I was asked to stand up and open it. I looked in the bag and it was empty, and he was behind me on one knee

Gah, I love our proposal story so much. Its long but idc.
So we had talked about marriage almost our whole relationship, 2 and a half years in the week before my birthday i jisy had a feeling it was coming. I asked him one night and he said "baby, Im just not ready, I don't think Ill be ready for at least another 3 years.. I bawled my eyes out, freaked out that he wasn't sure about me anymore but got over it. Then two days later he said he was taking me away for the weekend to celebrate my birthday early. Got us a cabana at a resort, right on the beach I walk in, and its a suite. Get all dolled up to go to dinner, decide the place was too fancy for me (O have the pallet of a child and prefer burgers and fries) Go to the bar and get a table right in front of a waterfall. Eat dinner, go back to the hotel and take all my make up off and put on my bikini and some pjs over ot to go to thw hot tub. He brings a back pack with a bottle of champagne so we can drink in the hot tub. As we're walking he insists on going up the tower to look over the ocean. We get to the top, he gets bwhind me and asks "you know how much I love you right?" I respond with "sometimes ha ha ha" he says "all the time baby" and I turn around and he's down on one knee and asks me to be his wife. I have never cried so much in my life ever. He took me completely by surprise! Then he decided we were going to get married in six months lol. Wedding is in two months now and im stressed out but remembering the proposal and how much I love him gets me through it. ❤

We were at California adventure in Carsland my favorite place ever my best friend flew in from Colorado she helped my fiancé plan it. We were taking pictures and were about to go and get on a ride I start to walk away he grabbed my hand and asked his friends were there too and blocked the walk way while all of this happened best friend recorded it his now groomsmen took pictures and I cried like a girl lol. Had our moment then went and got on our ride 😂

Mine proposed for a “wth” Christmas gift. It’s a tradition in his house hold, where everyone picks a name from a bowl and you gotta buy a radom gift that’s completely out of the norm and give them the day of the gift. I was told I had the last of the bunch, so as soon as it was my turn, my FH gave me three boxes which lead him to one knee and asking me! I was surprised and extremely excited!

My FI proposed at Rhode Island Comic Con with the help of my favorite female wrestler growing up. It was actually plan C in his proposal plans. We were going down there for a trio photo op with the three main actors from the movie The Boondock Saints. Unfortunately about a month before the con, one actor had to cancel. So plan B became the now duo photo op with the two remaining actors. Again, another actor had to cancel the day before. Now we don't have an op to go to but we've paid for the tickets and he's taken the day off from work so we go anyway. We decided the night before we'd try to go for another duo photo op, this time with two of my favorite female wrestlers. Their op was one of the first of the day. Time just wasn't on our side though as we left the house late getting down there, we ended up getting lost from each other after going to the bathroom and I had a full blown panic attack because I couldn't find him. So now he's struggling to find the best way to propose to me while we are down there.

We go about our day, we attend a panel for one of his favorite animes, we eat some pretty good food, people watch, etc. We then decide to head down to the autograph floor for him to get autographs from his favorite voice actors. As we are waiting in line, he turns to me and asks if there was anyone I wanted to meet while we were there. I said yeah the female wrestlers. I said I could hit up the ATM and go get my autographs while he waits for his but he told me to wait. As one of the girls is talking with other fans, he pulls the nearby security guard off to the side and asks if she could help him propose. I'm getting slightly suspicious but I pay it no mind. When I get up to her, she starts filling out the autograph, saying she's putting a special message on it. As she's doing that, he's on his knee behind me. When she flipped the autograph around, it said will you marry me and I spun around to see him there. It made for an awesome memory and she was the best.

Mine sent me, my mom, my sister, and my MIL on a scavenger hunt around my home town. It ended on the beach at the hotel where we first started dated. That's where he asked me and a bunch of our friends were there to witness. (:
