How Did You Ask Your Bridal Party?

Went to Michael's yesterday to choose a way to ask my Bridal Party to be in the wedding. Ended up standing in the aisle staring at countless random things. I'm very crafty, I think I just had a blank brain at the moment. How did you ladies ask?

I didn't do anything fancy, I just asked them Smiley smile but we've all gone out to dinner together when everyone was in town.

I called one because I knew I wouldn't be able to see her for a few weeks and the other one I asked if I could "swing by her house for a quick visit". my MOH is my sister and it was just understood she would be in that role ( I was hers). I think the biggest fuss I made was to my nieces who are the junior bridesmaids because they were so excited.

I purchased recipe cards at hallmark. Made a "recipe" for wedding soup and the ingredients were what I needed from them along the way. the card ended with "will you be my ...." On the back it said "bridesmaid" and I got plastic rings and it all went in a bag lol

Thanks girls! I made some 3 sets of cards at work today for my girls. A card asking them with a note, a card with everyones names and emails and another with my venue information. Going to get a necklace for each girl and tie it up with wedding color ribbon.

Im putting together bridesmaid survival kits and getting them all together this weekend and give them to them with a pretty card. The card will have a cute poem in it asking them to be my bridesmaids. It is going to have cute stuff in it like lip gloss, tea bags, a small bottle of alcohol, energy drink powder packet, pain reliever and a note pad. Just something cute and humerous

I bought unpainted boxes and ring pops, I painted the boxes the color of my wedding and typed up the saying and put it in the photo portion of top. I mailed it to each girl as all but one is out of town and that way they would get them at the same time.
