how did you ask your friends or family to be in your Wedding?

I did a surprise "Meet & Greet". I texted them individually and told them I wanted to have a "Bestfriend Day" and to meet me at Red Lobster that it was my treat! I only had enough for their soft drinks and one meal they wanted so I told them they had to purchase their own alcoholic beverages. I then went online to see how to stuff balloons and so my fiancé helped me blow them up and stuff them with goodies it was amazing what you can stuff in a small balloon and then blow up! I had 2 personal small wine bottles (their favorite: white, blush or red) small candles, a planner, Fall candy because we are getting married in the Fall and their favorite color ink pen (which the ink pens had a Flavor scent) I put the balloons in a Gift Bag, and attached a safety pin to each balloon. I called Red Lobster and told them I needed a Private Room and also let them know that they will be popping the balloons so they can inform their guest that may have kids or PTSD to be aware. When they all met they were surprised and it was beautiful; they all ordered the "All You Can Eat" shrimp and I "Popped the Question" will they be in my wedding!!!!!

That sounds like so much fun!

I sent my girls handwritten cards in the mail, that on the front said "Will You Be My _____?"

That sounds like a lot of fun! My bridesmaids are all over the country, so I had to "Pop the Question" with a little gift box. I had their favorite bottle of wine with the label "Will you be my bridesmaid?" along with a wine glass and a rose gold bracelet. Luckily they all said Yes Smiley love

That's so cute, love the "pop" themes. Smiley laugh .

I asked my girls at Christmas and made each one a box with a monogrammed mug, fuzzy socks, and lots of their favorite goodies for a cozy winter day inside. In each one I wrote a note explaining why I loved them and what it would mean to me if they were my MOH/bridesmaids.

OOhhh that is nice, I had cards for them to and wrote a special message in them and put that inside the balloons as well.
