How did you get home after the wedding?

We were planning on taking an uber. My father ended up taking us home though. Thank goodness because we had SO much stuff

What's an uber? If you don't mind me asking. Ours is in a hotel so are staying the night of and night after..

We will be using the shuttle service to go to the hotel that night ans we will have had my car parked there so the next morning we will drive that home

There is also Lyft in a lot of places as well. I always see their cars around SF, but we use Uber.

Our venue is a hotel. I'll also be staying there the night before, so will have my truck there. We live about 4 miles from the venue, so it will be easy to get the guys from the house (where they are getting ready) there. Best man can drive his own vehicle.

We had a free night at our venue/hotel. We actually live right down the street so in the morning I bagged up my dress, threw it over my shoulder, and we walked home.

I drove us home (venue was like 10 mins away) in his Accord, hahaha. He was intoxicated and I was sober!

From the venue to the hotel, 5 minutes away...uber!

We will be riding the school bus back to the hotel with our guests!

Our limo package came with a complimentary town car for the end of the night, which we thought was great. When we went to leave the venue at 2am to head back to the hotel, we found out they actually sent us a stretch limo!

We are leaving right after the reception is over to our road trip honeymoon. We're going to San Francisco which is about 6 hours away from where we live. I wanted to sleep and go the next the day but FH wants to go right after. We're just taking his car. We're not planning on driving the entire way to San Francisco. We're just going to drive until we find a nice place to stop and stay the night even if that means we drive for 30 or 45 min. It's risky but it'll be fun haha.

We'll be staying at our venue, but I sent a friend home from her wedding in an Uber. I love the idea of Ubers to get home. Definitely pay the little extra for black car or black SUV. The drivers are typically more pro and will get out to open the door for you, etc.

We are driving ourselves back
